Went to sports clips on Colerain first because their website said they were open until 8pm but they were closed. Looked online to see how late this location was open and it said 3pm. So I called at 2pm right after looking it up and confirmed they were open until 3 and they said they were. I came straight over which took about a half hour. Upon arrival at 2:32pm I was told they were no longer accepting clients and was turned away. There was only one other client in the building at the time. Unbelievably lousy customer service.

If you say you can cut a flat top you should be able to do so. After 20 minutes of cutting i was asked what i thought, my reply was not even close to a flat top, it was rounded all the way around. Another 10 minutes trying to fix it and still not close, i gave up and said i was done, paid my money and left, i dont think i will be back again.This was the second time i was there for a flat top, the first stylist wasnt too bad but not a great cut either.

Alisha and Katie were amazing! My boyfriend got an amazing haircut and it was exactly how he showed her. It's been very hard finding a stylist that does it properly and was very kind. Alisha also cut my sons hair in about 10 minutes and it looks amazing. Which may seem small to you but my son has a fear of hairstylist from a bad experience before. As well as he has sensory issues to the clippers around his ears. She made it quick and fun for him. He was even dancing afterwards and looked so happy! We will be forever customers to those two woman. Alisha also recommended hair products for my sons dry scalp issues. You guys were amazing! Thanks for making our lives easier and better!
